Section 3. Getting Started
This section covers the basic elements of WinPicks; including the tool bar, entering data, how to get help, and more. It assumes that you understand basic Windows features, like pull-down menus, command buttons, scroll bars, minimize and maximize buttons, and the mouse. If you are familiar with other Windows applications you can probably skip this section and begin using WinPicks immediately.
